CEO For a Market Research & Consulting MNC Our preferences for CEO: We will prefer candidates for this post, who is working at a designation next to CEO at its current employer or leading a fairly large size team in market research. We would prefer candidate from similar market research company.
Expectation from the Candidate: The candidate must be a dynamic personality with massive leadership experience mainly in market research firm such as defined above. The candidate must have an experience of organization development/team building and process mapping. The candidate should have massive hands on experience in finalizing in-depth market research reports. The candidate must be able to quickly review reports at high level and help in finalisation of the same The candidate should be able drive efficiency in the system by streamlining processes. The candidate should have a potential to scale up the operations whenever required. The candidate having domain expertise in multiple verticals such as lifescience, Semiconductors, Food, Advance materials/chemicals, and Energy would be preferred. The candidates must have a working experience of 6- 8 years in leading a sizeable operation. The candidates must come with strong resources in terms of industry contacts to kickstart any such operations. The candidate much be a visionary and very strong in execution to achieve company’s goal and objectives.
