Position Brief
Lead and manage the direction of the service line at the regional level, namely Project
Management Consultancy
Management to achieve profit, targets and growth of the service line regionally Comply and encourage a consistent approach.

Support all systems and processes and quality for internal and external clients

Responsibilities - Key Result Areas (KRAs)

The Regional Director will ensure and to curtail attrition rates below the prescribed

levels.

The regional director shall give regular feedback to National director regarding the

Polices, incentives etc. for the growth of team

RD shall conduct the training with the help of internal and external resources for the

regional team and confirm for minimum training hours each member of the team.

The Regional Director must be keenly aware of all team members and their strengths and

weaknesses

He will update and keep a track of all project case studies. He will also ensure that client

feedback is documented and exchanged across regions and business lines.

He will manage existing client base and convert the same into business opportunity for

the service line and where ever possible extend the same to other service lines.

RD should create and update the vendor database on a regular basis.

Regional Director shall ensure that project delivery by the team sets up a standard in the

local markets.

Job Specification & Competencies

The Regional Director should have Very good leadership skills.

RD should have very good communication skill and should have a fair idea about the

local language.

RD should have and develop local network which should transform into business or

source of information for business.
