The marketing distribution method of the online business is through direct selling or network marketing. They currently have subscribers from 54 countries and India is one of their key countries.

They are currently looking to hire a Managing Director to run India’s operation of the online business. The business model of the business is MLM or direct selling in nature. seeking candidate that have experience in similar business environment.

The ideal candidate will:

· Work closely with the CEO to set, build and deliver company strategy.

· Have a proven track record in successfully managing and building corporate branding

· Demonstrate top-class leadership qualities, assertiveness and gravitas, you’ll be able to convey your message with conviction across all levels of seniority

· A proven track record of managing a comparable business with Influential senior role, responsible for converting business and nurturing existing accounts

· Knowledge of MLM or related business will be most ideal.

· Experience in managing companies with annual turnover of US$50,000,000
